The EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB SC GAMING is a great gaming card, and it comes at a reasonable price. This item, however, is a little misleading. I ordered this card because it said it had 3GB of video memory (which it does), but the picture shows that it has 8 pin power connectors (which you need for overclocking).
The product I received had only 6-pin power connectors, so if you want to run your card at higher clock speeds with overclocking software, you will need to buy another power supply for your computer.
The card itself is great for gaming, and the little heat sink fan on the back of the card keeps temperatures in check even when you’re playing games that are very demanding on your system resources. The heat sink fan is also quiet compared to many other cards that I’ve used in the past. Overall I’d say this card is worth it for casual gamers who don’t really care about overclocking or running intensive applications.
