10 Best Laptop For Vlogging 2022 – Reviews & Guide
Vloggers are the creators of vlogs, which are a type of video blog. The main purpose of a vlog is to communicate with a specific audience in an entertaining and informative way.
Vlogging is becoming more and more popular, especially among young people. It’s also a great way to show off your hobbies and interests while building up a following at the same time.
If you want to become a successful vlogger, you’ll need the right tools. For example, if you want to start vlogging on YouTube, you’ll need a good camera, microphone and editing software. However, one thing that all vloggers can agree on is that they need a good laptop.
As you will be spending hours creating your vlogs and uploading them onto YouTube or other platforms, it is essential that you have access to the best laptop for vlogging – or at least one that suits your needs and requirements perfectly.
What laptop do most YouTubers use?
YouTubers and vloggers need a computer that can handle high-resolution video. But they don’t need the most powerful laptop on the market because they’re not playing the latest games at 4K in addition to editing video. Most YouTubers just need a PC with a lot of RAM, a fast hard drive (or SSD), and a CPU that won’t bottleneck when they add effects to their video.
A great laptop for YouTube is one that has a fast processor, good display, and can handle a lot of tasks at once. The best laptops for YouTube are usually at least an Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 CPU, 8GB of RAM and a dedicated graphics card.
If you’re editing video, a 15-inch screen is recommended. Content creators who do vlogging will want to consider a 2-in-1 or standard laptop with a webcam.
Is the MacBook air good for vlogging?
MacBooks are great for vlogging. You can do basic video editing on the go and have a beautiful display to see the footage. The battery life will be enough for a full day of use, and if you get the Air, it’s extremely lightweight and portable.
The MacBook is great for editing videos on the go as well. I use Final Cut Pro X to edit my videos, and it’s just as powerful as many desktop computers. It’s not as powerful as a high-end desktop computer, but it’ll be fine for most people who only do basic video editing.
I edit all my videos on my MacBook Pro using Final Cut Pro X. With this program, you can add transitions, titles, effects like slow motion, and you can even colour grade your footage if it needs it. You can also add music from Apple’s library or upload your own music to use in your videos.
The MacBook Pro is perfect for vlogging because of its portability and battery life. It has a built-in webcam that you can use to record yourself talking about whatever topic you’re vlogging about (which saves money on buying extra equipment).

Computer Memory Type DDR4 SDRAM
DDR4 SDRAM is the fourth generation of DDR SDRAM. It has been in use since 2014, and is an improvement on its predecessor, DDR3.
DDR4 technology is expected to be used for four or five generations as a mainstream memory technology. By the end of 2020, DDR5 memory chips are expected to go into mass production by late 2020 or early 2021.
DDR4 SDRAM runs at a higher voltage than DDR3 while also operating at a lower voltage (1.2 Volts) than DDR3L (1.35 or 1.5 Volts). This allows for a reduction in power consumption when compared to previous DRAM generations and an overall increase in computational performance.
The lower voltage interface allows for lower “off” state leakage power compared to DDR3 memory modules which operate at 1.5 V. In addition, some low-power mobile platforms may further reduce power consumption using low-power standby states that consume only 10% of the total power used by standard standby states.More recent implementations of Deep Learning applications use these low-power standby states.
During normal operation, each byte lane will transmit one word every two clock cycles, doubling the data rate per pin when compared to DDR3 while maintaining full backward compatibility with existing interfaces such as PCIe v2 or PCIe v3 and operating within the same protocol timing requirements so that it can be easily replaced with DDR3 devices.

Dont’ waste your money on this laptop
- Don’t do it. The price is too high. The performance isn’t good enough (it’s not even the latest generation of Intel processors inside). The battery life is too short. The screen is too small and a little low quality. I’m also not a fan of the keyboard, which has a super shallow key travel and feels like typing on glass. Or the trackpad, which is super small and temperamental in terms of gesture recognition.
Pros and Cons
Cons of Microsoft Surface Book 3
Microsoft Surface Book 3 is not a great gaming laptop. It can handle games like Rocket League, Fortnite and Valorant, but as soon as you try to play The Witcher 3 on it, the performance starts dropping. Laptops like Alienware and Omen deliver much better performance in comparison to Microsoft Surface Book 3 for playing games.
The size of the laptop makes it more susceptible to damage. If your work involves a lot of travelling then this laptop would not be a good choice.
Laptop buying guide
Drawbacks
The Microsoft Surface Book 3 is tied with the MacBook Pro when it comes to battery life. It’s been able to last up to 12 hours and 40 minutes, which is still very good, unless you compare it to some of the others on this list.
So that brings us to our next point: This laptop is more expensive than most. We wouldn’t necessarily say that it’s not worth the price, but we would caution you against buying one purely based on price.

It’s insanely fast—what’s inside it is the kind of stuff that makes those who’ve been in the business for years swoon.
The CPU has four cores and eight threads, which means you can take on multiple projects simultaneously with ease. As for battery life—the ASUS ZenBook is designed to handle up to 14 hours’ worth of work, so you’ll be spending less time recharging and more time getting things done. What about storage? You’ll have plenty of space for documents, projects, photos and videos with a 512GB PCIe SSD.
In sum: it’s easy to see why this laptop is popular among those who want the best experience while they’re working remotely or traveling to meet clients face-to-face.

Asus Zenbook UX333 is an ultra-slim laptop computer.

The laptop also features Intel Core i7 processing power for smooth performance no matter what tasks you throw at it.
Pros and Cons
Pros:
- Thin and light design
- Fantastic screen
- Excellent performance
- Comfortable keyboard
Drawbacks
Asus ZenBook 13’s drawbacks are plentiful, but its price is a bit too high for what you get. I would have loved to be able to get away with a smaller screen, especially since the laptop seems like it could really benefit from one. Since it lacks any kind of touch screen (and doesn’t come with Windows Hello), there’s no way to use this laptop with an external mouse or touchscreen.
The device also lacks all of the latest hardware components, including a Thunderbolt 3 port, which means that you can only connect this laptop to an external monitor via USB-C connections instead of Thunderbolt 3. The lack of a discrete graphics card and a full-size SD card slot really puts this product in the “mid-range” category instead of the low end where it was advertised as being.
As far as size goes, I think ASUS missed out on what people wanted from their ultra-portable laptops—a small and lightweight device that can be used for work as well as play by keeping things simple. Overall, there aren’t enough great features here to justify the price or make up for its lack of some key features like touch screen capability or an integrated fingerprint reader.
3.MacBook Pro
Model Name | MacBook Pro |
Brand | Apple |
Specific Uses For Product | Multimedia, Personal, Business |
Screen Size | 16 Inches |
Operating System | Mac OS |
Introducing the new MacBook Pro, a 16-inch computer from Apple that features an M1 Pro chip with a 10‑core CPU and 16‑core GPU, as well as 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD. This particular model is space gray.
Impressive battery life
You’ll get a day’s worth of work done. Battery life on the 16-inch MacBook Pro has been improved to last up to 11 hours, which is an hour longer than the previous generation. It’s more than enough for a full day of work and then some. You can also charge your iPhone with this notebook as Apple has kept one USB Type-A port on board for that purpose.
The 16-inch screen is bright and shows good contrast and color accuracy
The MacBook Pro’s 16-inch display is a marvel of modern engineering, and rivals what you’d find in other high-end laptops. It has a 3072 x 1920 resolution with a 226 ppi density, which makes for crisp text and images even when zooming in. It’s also brighter than the previous 15-inch MacBook Pro (up to 500 nits), with better contrast and the same color accuracy (DCI-P3).
The physical escape key is nice to have again
For one thing, the physical Escape key is a nice addition that provides meaningful tactile feedback. You also get an inverted T-shaped arrow key layout and a Touch Bar, which I personally prefer to the Touch ID scanner in Apple’s MacBook Air.
Apple’s M1 chip performs on par with Intel processors.(The 16-inch version of this laptop is available only with Intel chips.) The keyboard really stands out as an improvement over previous generations of MacBook Pro models. The new Magic Keyboard is not as shallow as the butterfly keyboard used on earlier models. The keys respond to even light taps, and they are quieter than those on previous keyboards. It still doesn’t feel like a desktop keyboard (to me), but it’s better than any other notebook keyboard I have used recently.
It’s still not a great gaming laptop for its price
The MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2020) is more of an incremental update than a big design overhaul. Here’s everything that’s changed.
If you’re looking to make the jump from a PC or older Mac laptop to Apple’s ecosystem, there are plenty of excellent alternatives out there, some of which offer far better value for money than even the base 13-inch MacBook Air model at $999 (£949, AU$1,599).
If you want something with a lot more power under the hood, look no further than Asus’ ROG Zephyrus G14: It’ll cost you roughly half as much as this configuration of the 16-inch MacBook Pro, but it comes with double the RAM and storage — and includes a fast AMD Ryzen 9 processor. The only major compromise is battery life — though it does last longer than other gaming laptops I’ve tested over the years.
Bottom Line
Bottom line: The 16-inch MacBook Pro is a beast of a machine. Its new keyboard is far more comfortable than the previous model’s, while the graphics options and improved speakers are welcome additions. Power users will appreciate the performance boost and overall design, but it’s still not perfect; at $2,400 as configured for this review, you can get better value with Windows competitors.
That said, if you’re looking for an Apple laptop that does it all—and does it well—the 16-inch MacBook Pro fits the bill.
Pros and Cons
- Pros:
- Retina display
- Touch Bar
- Great speakers
- Quiet fan
- Excellent battery life
- Cons:
- Expensive
- No SD card slot
- No Thunderbolt 3
Drawbacks
The MacBook Pro, like all of Apple’s computers, is a fine product if you’ve got the cash to back it up. The fact that it costs more than twice as much as a computer from Apple’s esteemed competitors will certainly put some people off.
But after comparing specs, we found that the MacBook Pro has several features more expensive rivals don’t have—and in return, it has its own set of shortcomings that keep it from being a top-tier choice for users looking for performance beyond what simply running Windows can provide.
For instance, by comparison with recent models from Microsoft and Dell, the MacBook Pro doesn’t have an SSD drive in its base configuration. It instead comes with an older generation SDD drive—a memory card reader that’s slower than what most laptops come with these days.
The RAM is also slightly too low—8GB only when 6GB would’ve been better (or even 4GB). And while graphics performance is solid on most parts of the spectrum, on higher levels of resolution or detail or both it won’t win any contests against other laptop makers’ offering.

The Dell Latitude E7450 is a 14-inch business laptop that meets the needs of most professionals, but you’ll want to upgrade from the dim display and slow SSD that are standard with this system.
The $1,249 model we tested has a 2.6-GHz Intel Core i5-5300U CPU; 8GB of RAM; a 128GB SSD; 802.11ac Wi-Fi; Bluetooth 4.0; an SD card reader; HDMI 1.4a and mini DisplayPort outputs (for video); three USB 3.0 ports, one with PowerShare technology (which lets you charge devices even when the notebook is off); and a microphone/headphone jack combo port. It also has NFC, which allows you to quickly interact with other devices equipped with NFC chips (like tablets and smartphones), as well as Intel vPro for remote management capabilities.
Processor Core: Dual-Core
The Processor Core is a dual-core, with the processor being Intel. It’s a Core i5, model i5-5300U. The processor speed is 2.30 GHz and the maximum turbo speed is 2.90 GHz
Cache: 3MB
The Intel Core i5 processor is a 5th generation processor with a 3MB cache and 2.9 GHz max turbo frequency (2 cores), which allows you to run multiple applications simultaneously for better performance and responsiveness.
5th Gen Intel Core i5-5300U processor
- 90GHz Turbo Boost, 3M Cache 8GB RAM for fast processing 512GB SSD storage to store all your files and applications 802.11AC WiFi lets you access the internet anywhere
The latest 5th Gen Intel Core i5-5300U processor runs at 2.90GHz (Turbo Boost up to 2.90GHz) featuring 3M Cache, which delivers faster and smoother multitasking performance that’s ideal for entertainment and gaming. This permits you to keep multiple tabs open in your browser without slowing down performance!
It features a 8GB DDR3L SDRAM, which can efficiently run multiple programs simultaneously without lag; a large capacity 512GB SSD storage, allowing you to store all your important documents, photos, music, videos and more; 802.11ac Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0 for ultra-fast connectivity with dual band Wi-Fi that offers greater speed with less interference from other devices.
Max Turbo Frequency 2.9GHz; DMI2 5 GT/s
Performance
CPU: Intel Core i5-5300U Dual Core 2.3GHz, up to 2.9GHz; 3MB SmartCache
Processor Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 5500
Memory: 8GB DDR3L 1600MHz SDRAM, Up to 32GB (additional memory sold separately)
Storage: 1 x 512GB SATA Solid State Drive
8GB DDR3L 1600MHz SDRAM
Random-access memory (RAM) is a type of computer data storage that stores data and machine code currently being used.
As a general rule, the more RAM available to the operating system, the better the performance you will experience when running programs. Increasing the amount of RAM in your laptop can help with multitasking and running multiple applications simultaneously.
Most manufacturers recommend at least 8GB for laptops, if not 16GB for gaming or video editing. Laptops with less than 8GB of RAM will struggle with multitasking and some software applications.
Up to 32GB
Let’s talk about your memory options. There are two 204-Pin SO-DIMM sockets, and you can fill both of them if you’re looking for more RAM than the stock 8GB. If that’s not enough, this laptop also supports up to 32GB DDR3L SDRAM at 1600MHz. It’s limited to 1600MHz, so don’t even try using an overclocked RAM stick in this bad boy!
You’ll be able to see those speed gains firsthand; DDR3L is a nice improvement over the older DDR2 or even DDR technology that some laptops use. One drawback: it only takes 1.35V low voltage modules, so don’t go trying to put a 2.5V module into this laptop—you’ll need power tools and a lot of patience!
1 x 512GB SATA Solid State Drive
The 512GB solid state drive (SSD) is the latest storage technology. Compared to traditional hard disk drives (HDDs), SSDs have no moving parts, making them more durable than HDDs and allowing them to access data faster. Also, SSDs use less power than HDDs do, which makes it a great choice for laptop users who are always on the go.
SSDs are not as commonly used as HDDs, but they are quickly replacing them. Currently, their higher cost is limiting their adoption rate but prices are expected to fall dramatically over the next few years. Not only does the SSD drive provide faster data access in a laptop computer but it also weighs much less than an HDD does and operates more quietly due to limited mechanical action.
Intel HD Graphics 5500
This item supports Intel HD Graphics 5500, which is a graphics controller that’s integrated into the processor. This means it’s been built directly into the CPU and shares the same memory as your computer. This generally makes it faster than other types of graphics cards that are separate from the CPU. It has switchable graphics, which means it can automatically switch between using its own dedicated memory to using some of your computer’s RAM for better performance when you’re playing games or running demanding programs like video editing software.
Intel HD Graphics 5500 is up to 30% faster than Intel HD Graphics 5000, and up to 13% faster than Intel HD Graphics 4600.
Gigabit Ethernet, IEEE 802.11ac, Bluetooth 4.0 LE, Universal audio jack, USB 3.0 (3), RJ-45, SD 4.0 Memory card reader, HDMI, VGA, Headset/mic combo jack, Security lock slot, CS13 COMBO audio and microphone jack

- Universal audio jack . Your new laptop comes equipped with a headphone jack for all your music listening needs!
- USB 3.0 (3). It also has three USB 3.0 ports for connecting all kinds of peripheral devices, including smartphones and tablets!

- SD 4 Memory card reader . The SD 4 Memory Card Reader is perfect if you want to transfer data between multiple computers without having any wires lying around on your desk or underfoot in crowded areas like airports or classrooms–it supports microSD cards up to 128 GB in size so there’s plenty room left over after transferring content from one machine onto another if needed too!
This laptop has a lot of features worth its price
The 1920 x 1080 anti-glare display of this Dell Latitude E7450 laptop is easy to read, offers great resolution and color depth. The backlit keyboard is convenient for work in dim environments, and the 1.3mm key travel of this Dell Latitude E7450 14″ FHD Business Laptop Computer makes for a comfortable typing experience. The large buttonless touchpad whose surface can be used as a second screen or as a smart card reader is excellent, with accurate tracking and a smooth feel.
This Dell latitude e7450 business laptop has an impressive battery life of up to 12 hours on a single charge. It also has built-in speakers that deliver good sound quality that’s loud enough to fill a room when watching movies or streaming music from this PC laptop without headphones.

Drawbacks
In addition to its many positive attributes, this laptop does have some drawbacks. One of its biggest is its design. It is not as flashy or stylish as other laptops available today, such as the MacBook Air or the Dell XPS. Also, it lacks a touch screen and comes with a small amount of storage space (256 GB). If you’re looking for something more powerful than your average notebook computer, then the E7450 could be exactly what you need.

The NVIDIA Quadro P3200 is the latest high-end GPU built to handle the most challenging rendering, visualization, and compute workloads. This GPU’s innovative Pascal architecture delivers incredible performance and power efficiency for professional graphics applications. With 6GB of GDDR5 video memory, you can render complex models and scenes in higher resolution with ease. Plus, the P3200 supports four 4K displays using either DisplayPort 1.4 or Thunderbolt 3 connectivity.
Display
The display is a 17.3″ UltraSharp 4K UHD IGZO 3840×2160 touch panel with NVIDIA Quadro P3200 w/6GB GDDR5 graphics card.
I have been using it at work for the last couple of weeks and it has been a real pleasure to work with. The UHD screen is clear and bright, and the high resolution means that you can fit a lot more on the screen than with a standard HD display. It’s so nice to have a laptop that I can use all day at my desk without being tempted to switch back to my desktop because of the limited screen space or glare from the sun.
The laptop comes in two colors: black and silver, both of which look great.

Pros and Cons
Pros
- Great performance. A six-core 8th Gen Intel Core i7 processor and 32GB of RAM deliver excellent performance for intensive tasks such as graphics editing or gaming on the move.
- Excellent build quality. The case is solid, with minimal flex in the lid and display back, while the keyboard deck is firm, thanks to the thick metal plate underneath the keys.
- Strong, versatile ports. You get two Thunderbolt 3 ports, HDMI 2.0 output and an SD card reader alongside USB 3 and Ethernet jacks for easy connections with external displays and storage devices without relying on adapters or dongles.
- Sturdy, comfortable keyboard. The Precision 7730’s backlit keyboard is firm yet responsive, making it a good companion for long typing sessions. The keys offer plenty of travel and a comfortable clickiness that makes me want to keep typing all day long.
- Good display options . All four display options are excellent picks, with vibrant color reproduction and sharp details that make watching movies or editing photos a pleasure.
Drawbacks
It’s not a perfect laptop, though. There are a few drawbacks you’ll want to know about before taking the plunge:
- It’s heavy. The aluminum body is sturdy, but at the cost of being heavy. If you’re looking for something light and portable, this isn’t it.
- The screen can be better. The display is bright with vivid colors, but if you’re not doing any serious photoshop work then there’s no need to break the bank on this upgrade.
- No Thunderbolt 3 port (yet). You may want to wait until they release an updated version with a TB3 port if this is important to you.
6.Razer Blade 15 Gaming Laptop
Series | Razer Blade |
Brand | Razer |
Specific Uses For Product | Personal, gaming, business |
Screen Size | 15.6 Inches |
Operating System | Windows 10 Home |
Human Interface Input | Touch Pad |
CPU Manufacturer | Intel |
Card Description | Dedicated |
Color | Black |
Hard Disk Size | 512 GB |
The Razer Blade 15 is the very definition of a killer gaming notebook. It has everything you could ask for in a premium 15-inch machine, including an attractive, lightweight design, powerful CPU and GPU performance and a fantastic display. The only real knock is that it’s somewhat expensive starting at $2,200, but even so it earns our Editors’ Choice award for high-end gaming laptops.
Performance, portability, and display
- Intel Core i7-8750H 6 Core Processor with Hyper-Threading 2.2 GHz / 4.1 GHz (Base/Turbo)
- The Razer Blade 15 returns powered by a 8th Gen Intel Core i7-8750H processor, allowing you to rip through the most demanding gaming titles at high settings and resolutions, or even power creative applications in a compact 15 inch form factor.
- NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Max-Q Design VR Ready Graphics
- The new GeForce RTX GPUs have reinvented graphics and set a new bar for performance. Powered by the new NVIDIA Turing GPU architecture and the revolutionary RTX platform, RTX graphics cards bring together real-time ray tracing, artificial intelligence, and programmable shading. This is a whole new way to experience games.
- 15.6″ Full HD Matte 144Hz Display w/ Thin Bezel
- An edge-to-edge, 100% sRGB, factory calibrated matte screen with a 144Hz refresh rate offers the best balance between immersion and clarity – allowing you to enjoy incredible visuals for gaming and content creation in one compact laptop.
The keyboard
The keyboard has a good feel but the rest is hit or miss. The keys are anti-ghosting and individually backlit for additional customization. While it had a nice responsive feel, we did find that the keys were a bit small, resulting in some typos during our testing period. We also noticed that the lighting isn’t quite right when viewed at certain angles. However, with more than 16 million colors to choose from, you’re sure to find one that works well in your environment.
The touchpad
The touchpad is a glass multi-touch panel with left, right click and clickable scroll zones. The touchpad has a smooth and uniform feel. The touchpad is responsive with no lag whatsoever. The touchpad supports Windows precision drivers. It’s good to see that the Razer Blade 15 gets it right in this regard!
Trackpads are all about preference
The trackpad is pretty large, responsive, smooth, and supports gestures. That said, I find myself using a mouse when I’m using this laptop in desktop mode and a controller when I’m gaming. The trackpad is clickable and the buttons depress smoothly and feel solid.
I’ve had issues with most other laptops that are designed for gaming because their keyboards are often mushy and difficult to type on. Not so with this keyboard! It feels like typing on a mechanical keyboard with just the right amount of resistance to give me confidence that I’m pressing the correct key.
As a 15.6-inch laptop, the Blade 15 is larger than most of the computers you’ve used in the past. If you’re looking for a compact laptop, this isn’t it. The fact that it has an entire keyboard and trackpad alone makes it very heavy in your bag. And with all these powerful gaming components inside, you won’t want to be taking this on your daily commute either.
The display
If you love games and want to play them at their highest settings, this is for you!
Ports
The Razer Blade 15 sports four USB 3.1 ports, a HDMI 2.0 port, a Mini DisplayPort 1.4, and a headphone jack. There’s also the Thunderbolt 3 port that supports 40Gbps transfers and 4K displays at 60Hz when connected to an external monitor. A combination headphone and microphone jack is located on the right side of the laptop while an SD card reader is situated on its left flank. The power button rests in the upper right corner of the keyboard along with buttons for adjusting volume, muting audio, disabling speakers/headphone output, changing backlighting modes and more.
Sound
- Speakers: The speakers are conveniently located on the sides of the laptop. The quality is excellent, and they can get quite loud without distorting.
- Headphone/Mic jack: There’s a headphone/mic jack on the left side of the computer. It’s compatible with most headsets.
- Sound quality: Generally speaking, sound quality on this device is great for gaming, music and movies.
Battery life and charging
Razer Blade 15: Up to 8 hours (mobile mark 2014)
- Note: Battery life may vary depending on product configuration, power settings and usage, among other factors.
Charging speed
The Razer Blade 15’s compact 65W USB-C power adapter can be used as a universal charger for the system. It supports fast charging* (0-100% charged in 2 hours), so you can quickly top off your battery anywhere you go.
- Fast charging requires the use of the included USB-C charger with a rated output of 65W or higher.
Heat and noise levels
Heat and noise are a minor issue with this laptop, which is perfectly normal for gaming laptops. It uses fans to cool down, and hot air exits from the rear vents. They’re not overly loud fan noises, but you can hear them. You might even say that they add an extra sense of drama to your late-night gaming sessions.
That said, if you play games for extended periods of time (like over five hours), the Blade 15 may overheat a bit, depending on how demanding the game is. But if you’re just playing games casually or in short bursts (like most people do), then you don’t need to worry about overheating at all!
This gaming laptop is the perfect blend of performance, portability, and display quality.
This laptop is a great gaming laptop. It’s very portable, has a great display, and has powerful specs. However, it has a high price.
With the latest NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 2070 graphics, you can play games at maximum settings with up to 50% more performance than previous generations. The new 6-core 8th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-8750H processor gives you the power and responsiveness to blast through your most intensive tasks. But even when running intense tasks like gaming or video editing, the Razer Blade stays cool with its custom vapor chamber cooling system and cutting-edge thermal materials that enable greater performance in a thinner form factor.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Power. It has an 8th Generation Intel Core i7-8750H 6 core processor, 16GB of DDR4 2667MHz RAM and a 512GB SSD. It is VR ready, to boot. All of this power comes in a rather portable package, which is one of its greatest strengths.
- Portability. The Razer Blade 15 isn’t the thinnest gaming laptop on the market, but it does come with a very manageable profile for gamers on the go and is made from CNC aluminum that makes it very sturdy and has a nice feel to it.
- Display. The FHD (1920 x 1080) 15.6″ display has a 120Hz refresh rate that allows for smooth gameplay and images that are vibrant in color while having great viewing angles as well. If you prefer QHD (2560×1440), there’s also an option for that as well (but only with 60Hz).
- Ports: Lots of ports make this great for work or more intensive play time sessions where you don’t want to worry about charging or switching out peripherals, including: 3 USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type A ports, Thunderbolt 3 (USB Type-C), Mini DisplayPort 1.4, HDMI 2.0B output supporting up to 4K at 60 Hz with HDCP 2.2 support, Gigabit Ethernet port and Wireless AC with Bluetooth 5 connectivity options if you’re not near an outlet or don’t have all your cables with you on your travels
- Keyboard and touchpad: In order to keep such a sleek design intact without sacrificing too much functionality when compared to larger laptops or desktop PCs, Razer opted for Chiclet style keyboard keys that are small yet easy enough to use without feeling cramped during long play sessions or typing something important up quickly before heading out the door – they are also backlit thanks to Razer’s Chroma RGB Lighting system which allows you customize the shading
Drawbacks
The Razer Blade 15 gaming laptop is a power-packed, portable gaming machine. Created from a single block of aluminum to be slim and light, the frame is polished and anodized twice for durability and lasting shine. It features a large 15.6” display to give you edge-to-edge graphics with stunning resolution in a compact form factor.
The 8th Gen Intel Core i7 6 core processor delivers incredible performance with up to 4.1 GHz max turbo on your fingertips for fast, smooth gameplay—and it’s powered with the new NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Max-Q GPU designed specifically for razor thin laptops like yours, delivering incredible performance while staying cool during even the most intense gaming sessions!
There are drawbacks though, but they are not dealbreakers: It has an average battery life of around 5 hours when used moderately; its keyboard lacks a Numpad; its trackpad is small; its fans can get loud when under load; its speakers are not great (but who cares); it’s not that thin or light compared to other ultrabooks; and it costs $2199.99—a bit expensive but worth it if you want pure unadulterated power in your hands without compromising portability (for now).

you can enjoy the latest games at a high FPS or just kick back and watch a 4K movie with this laptop. The 8th Generation Intel Core i7-8750H 6-Core Processor and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 graphics card give you plenty of power to handle any task. With the crystal clear 15″ Full HD display and Bang & Olufsen Audio, you’ll never miss out on any details. Store all your files with the massive 1TB hard drive + 256GB solid state drive combo storage.
HP 15-CE198WM review
The HP 15-CE198WM offers a great gaming experience for a price that won’t break your budget. The NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 graphics card offers smooth, detailed gameplay on the 15.6″ high definition screen with a resolution of 1920x1080p.
The Intel Core i7-8750H processor is the latest in processing power and delivers the speed you need to get your work done or play hard! You’ll have no problem multitasking with 16GB DDR4 SDRAM memory and 1TB + 256GB SSD storage capacity.
The audio feature is a good surprise, as most laptops don’t offer sound as crisp and clear as this at this price point. All in all, it’s a great value for those who want to enjoy high end gaming at home or on the go.
Up to 8th Generation Intel Core i7+8750H
The 8th Generation Intel Core i7+8750H processor delivers the processing power you need to maximize productivity. With 6 cores and 9 MB of cache, this processor offers an incredible gaming experience.
16 GB DDR4 SDRAM (2 x 8 GB)
This may look confusing, but it’s actually very simple. The first number tells you how many sticks of RAM the computer has: 2. The second number tells you how much each stick holds: 8 GB. So all together, there are two 8 GB sticks totaling 16 GB of RAM. If you were to buy your own RAM for this computer, you would want to buy two 8 GB sticks of DDR4 SDRAM!
1 TB 7200 rpm SATA + 256 GB PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD
The 1 TB 7200 rpm SATA drive is a larger, traditional HDD with a storage capacity of up to 1TB. This type of drive uses magnetic disks to physically store data and are generally cheaper than an SSD but slower in performance. Due to the mechanical nature of these drives it is typical for them to be louder during use and more prone to failure due to drops or bumps.
The PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD drive is a small, flash-based drive that stores all the critical files on your system, including your operating system, applications and personal files; they tend not be as large (up to 1TB) in capacity as standard HDDs with similar speeds that are closer to an internal solid state hard drive speed than an external one.
Performance-wise this means faster boot-up times, quicker application launch and load times – compared with HDD counterparts – while consuming less power and generating little heat during operation making them an ideal solution for mobile computing needs such as gaming on the go or anywhere you need quick access without having drag around extra peripherals like external hard drives
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 (3 GB GDDR5 dedicated)
This laptop’s NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 graphics card has 3 GB of dedicated GDDR5 video memory. While this is significantly less than the 6 GB of dedicated memory offered by the higher-end cards in Nvidia’s line, it should be sufficient for most graphical tasks and light gaming.
15.6″ diagonal FHD IPS anti-glare WLED-backlit (1920 x 1080)
This 15.6 inch laptop has a screen resolution of 1920×1080 pixels to give you crystal-clear visuals. Its IPS anti-glare WLED-backlit screen ensures a clear view from all angles, so you can conveniently work with others.
This is a great gaming laptop for the price
If you’re looking for a gaming laptop with high-end hardware at a reasonable price, then this HP 15-CE198WM 15.6″ FHD Gaming Laptop is it. In fact, it’s also great for everyday use, school or work, video editing and streaming, photo editing and music and movies.
While the 16GB of memory is more than enough for OverWatch or Final Fantasy XIV (among other massively multiplayer online role playing games), the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 graphics card can handle even more intense video games. The 1TB hard drive will let you store all your games, photos from your vacation and that video of your cat on a hamster wheel without running out of storage space anytime soon.
Batteries 1 Lithium Polymer batteries required. (included)
- Batteries are bad. As with many laptops, battery life is not great. The battery is not replaceable. It’s not rechargeable as well, so if you want to get the most from it, you’ll need to plug your PC into a power source when you’re using it for long periods, or playing games that demand a lot of power. If the battery has died and needs replacing, this will set you back around $100 for a new one.
As we have seen, batteries aren’t very good at all. They will always be necessary for any laptop but they are definitely something worth considering when buying one!
Operating System Windows 10 Home
Expand your possibilities. The latest 8th Generation Intel Core i7 processor delivers eye-opening performance and industry-leading battery life. NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 graphics with Max-Q design, you can game at higher settings with crystal-clear detail and smooth gameplay
Windows 10 is a series of personal computer operating systems produced by Microsoft as part of its Windows NT family of operating systems. It is the successor to Windows 8.1, and was released to manufacturing on July 15, 2015, and broadly released for retail sale on July 29, 2015
Specific Uses For Product
This laptop is for the casual to serious gamer who wants to play and interact with high-quality graphics. This laptop is great for the frequent traveler looking to play games without sacrificing portability. It can be used by students and those working in a professional setting, though the larger specs will take up more space in your bag than some smaller laptops might.
Pros and Cons
I would not recommend this laptop for non-gamers. It’s designed more for someone who wants to game than a normal person, and it’s geared more toward casual gamers than hardcore ones. It has a less powerful graphics card than what most people today would consider “powerful.” At the same time, though, it is fairly up-to-date with its processor and RAM, two things that are usually very important in a gaming laptop (particularly if you want to play games that support 4K at 60 frames per second). Also, don’t forget: the screen here is only 15 inches so unless you’re an avid gamer or have gigantic hands/wrists it might feel cramped to play full-screen games on this machine.
Drawbacks
It weighs about 5 pounds, which is on the heavy side for a 15-inch laptop.
It’s not the lightest laptop on the market, but it feels reasonably sturdy and doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy like some other laptops we’ve owned in the past.
Its trackpad is big enough that it can be hard to use if you’re used to using a mouse with a smaller pad while you’re playing games. But I never did have any problems with accurately clicking or dragging my way through games like The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and Fallout 4, which involved a lot of aimlessly running around looking for settlements or people to talk to.
The HP 15-CE198WM also has an updated keyboard compared to models we’ve reviewed in the past. It uses an updated design that lets you press each key down harder without applying pressure all at once—which gives you more accuracy when typing. And the keys are bigger and closer together than those on older laptops. On top of all that, the HP logo between your numbers and symbols is backlit and can be turned off when it gets in your way during gaming sessions.

With a base frequency of 1.9GHz and maximum turbo boost frequency of 4.2GHz, the i7-8650U is fast enough to satisfy most performance needs.
Intel HD Graphics 620 is a standard graphics card for many laptops in this price range. It’s capable of delivering decent gaming performance at medium settings (at 1080p) or light gaming at high settings (1080p). However, it’s not powerful enough for games that require high-end graphics cards like the GTX 1070 or 1080 Ti
24GB DDR4 2400MHz SODIMM Memory / 512GB PCIe Solid State Drive / No Optical Drive
It doesn’t matter how much memory you have on your computer if it can’t be accessed quickly. It will help you easily switch between multiple applications without slowing down, so that you can get more done in less time. You will also enjoy an exceptional viewing experience with the ThinkPad T480s that features a brilliant 14-inch IPS FHD display with 1920×1080 resolution. The display is also a matte one, so you can use it outdoors without any problems. As for the graphics, there is an Intel UHD Graphics 620 integrated GPU that provides decent visuals for various types of content.
Windows 10 Pro Version, Black Color
This laptop is also equipped with Windows 10 Pro version. This version helps you to connect to your office or home network on the go, easily access files from other devices, and more securely. The laptop has a black color.
Pros and Cons
Pros:
- Compact and sleek exterior
- Reasonable price for what you get, considering the price of brand new laptops
- The screen is high resolution and easy to read from any angle
Drawbacks
- The laptop is heavy.
- The laptop is expensive.
- The laptop has a short battery life.
- The laptop has slow performance.
- The laptop has a small hard drive.
- The laptop has a small screen size, which makes it difficult to use outside the home or office and increases eye strain from extended use, making it harder to use for long periods of time without feeling tired or having problems seeing clearly after using your eyes for hours on end in one sitting without taking breaks to rest them periodically at frequent intervals when necessary for their health and well-being in order to prevent permanent damage that may require corrective surgery later in life as these things tend to get worse over time due to cumulative effects of overexposure and abuse that can’t be reversed by stopping the behavior once the damage is already done once it’s too late if you’ve waited until then so it would be better not to risk it if possible in the first place before needing a doctor or surgeon later on.
9.Acer Aspire 5 Slim Laptop
Series | A515-54G-5928 |
Brand | Acer |
Specific Uses For Product | Multimedia, Personal, Business |
Screen Size | 15.6 Inches |
Operating System | Windows 10 Home |
Acer Aspire 5 Slim Laptop is a product that is especially designed for professional users, as well as students. The Acer Aspire 5 Slim Laptop has the function to run all kinds of software and apps perfectly. In addition, it can also be used for entertainment purposes. If you are looking for a powerful and affordable laptop, the Acer Aspire 5 Slim Laptop is the best choice.
The Acer Aspire 5 Slim Laptop weighs in at just 3.97 pounds to make it easy to use at home or on the go. With a capacity of up to 15 hours of usage on one charge, you’ll be able to game all day without having to worry about running out of power.
Processor Chipset
The Aspire 5 Slim has you covered with its 8GB of DDR4 RAM, so you can get through your day-to-day tasks and projects smoothly. Whether it’s word processing or watching videos, the system will have little trouble keeping up with you. The 256GB M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD provides ample space to store your work files, photos, music library and other digital files. If you need more room, you can attach additional storage solutions using its multiple USB ports as well as its SD media card reader.
Display
The screen is the part of the laptop that you’ll likely spend most of your time looking at. It gives you a good idea of what sort of performance to expect from other parts of the laptop and how much it will weigh. Here are some key things to consider when it comes to screen size, resolution, and other important specs:
- Size: Laptop screen sizes vary widely, though they generally range between 11 inches and 17 inches. Smaller screens typically mean lighter laptops (unless you’re talking about a gaming laptop), but keep in mind that anything less than 15 inches can make it difficult for people with poor eyesight to read text on their screens comfortably.
- Aspect ratio: 16:9 (widescreen) or 4:3 (square)? This is largely a matter of preference, but widescreen offers more horizontal space for working with multiple documents or browser windows side-by-side.
- Resolution: If a higher resolution picture looks better on your TV or smartphone, why not on your laptop? Typically, however, increased resolution means smaller text and icons—though Windows 10 can fix this by automatically adjusting scaling settings so that text isn’t too small to read and icons are easy to see.
Memory Storage
The 8GB of DDR4 memory is more than sufficient for smooth online activities and seamless video streaming. With the 256GB PCIe NVMe SSD, you’ll be able to access a full range of data with solid-state performance.
Design
The Acer Aspire 5 Slim Laptop has a design that is slim and perfect for carrying around. It has a 15.6-inch FHD IPS Display that looks nice and good to look at. You can use the finger print reader on it, which protects your laptop from people who aren’t you.
Connectivity
The Aspire 5 can be connected to a variety of devices and networks. The USB 3.1 Type C Gen 1 port has a fast data transfer rate of up to 5Gbps, allowing you to transfer an HD movie to a flash drive in seconds. Two USB 3.1 Gen 1 ports allow you connect even more devices, such as your external hard drive or mouse, while the 2.0 port is ideal for connecting older devices that are not compatible with the newer standards. The HDMI port gives you another option for hooking up your TV or monitor, so you can use the Aspire 5 as a home theater PC or extend your workstation onto another screen when you’re working at home or on the go.
This laptop is a good option as your next laptop because it has the right price and has the right specs.
The Acer Aspire 5 Slim Laptop is a good option for your next laptop purchase. It has the right price and the right specs.
Looking at the pros of this laptop, we can see that it is slim and has a good battery life. It’s great for gaming, even though the graphics card isn’t super high end. The display is also great. Having a fingerprint reader means you’ll be able to log in faster than ever before!
There are a few cons with this laptop as well. You can get better specs if you’re willing to spend more money, but otherwise this is a solid option for anyone looking for their next computer on Amazon.
Batteries 1 Lithium ion batteries required. (included)
The lithium-ion battery in this Acer Aspire 5 laptop is a breeze to take with you. Just one lithium-ion battery is required. The battery comes with it, and we throw in the 0 pounds of weight for free. You can go anywhere you want without worrying about a power cable, thanks to the built-in Lithium ion battery’s 0 volts. It even has enough juice to play your favorite games.
Color Silver
The color of this laptop is silver. It looks like other laptops on the market and I am sure you are familiar with that look. Color plays an important role in design but it is not a deal-breaker. This unit comes only in silver. If you want another color, another model may suit your needs better. Some people have even painted their laptops, which I do not recommend but I know that humans can be creative and will do what they feel is right for them.
Pros and Cons
- The speakers are not too great, so you’ll probably want to get headphones.
- This is also a regular, non-touchscreen laptop. Good for some people, bad for others. If you like zooming and scrolling on your laptop with your fingers (like in an iPad), then this won’t be the right one for you.
- There is no backlit keyboard on the Acer Aspire 5 Slim Laptop, but if you don’t think you need that function then it should not be a dealbreaker for this laptop.
- It also does not have an optical drive (aka CD or DVD player) which will not matter much unless you have massive amounts of data or music files that cannot fit onto a hard drive but can definitely fit onto a CD or DVD
Drawbacks
Acer Aspire 5 Slim Laptop is a very well-rounded laptop. It offers everything you need from a laptop, and some extras that make it stand out from the crowd of similar 15-inch laptops. It gives you enough performance for your daily tasks and also allows some light gaming on the side. If you are looking for a laptop primarily for entertainment – Acer Aspire 5 Slim Laptop is one of the best options available at this price point.
However, there are few drawbacks here as well. The display is not the best available in this price segment, but it gets the job done when used indoors. The speakers could have been better; they’re too tinny and get muffled at high volumes. The battery life isn’t great either with just enough juice to give you around six hours of backup on normal usage. Lastly, I wish Acer would have used a bit better build quality on this one; considering that both Asus VivoBook S15 and X510UN offer metal bodies against all-plastic body of Acer Aspire 5 Slim Laptop

The keyboard on Alienware M15 R6 Gaming Laptop is an RGB backlit keyboard with n-key rollover, which means you can press keys simultaneously without any issues.
Display
The Alienware m15 comes with a 15.6-inch QHD display that has a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and offers an impressive refresh rate of 240Hz. The screen is bright enough at 300nits and covers 100% sRGB. The bezel on the top is also very small, giving you more space for gaming. It also supports VESA DisplayHDR 400.
Performance
- Battery life is an important factor, and the Alienware M15 R6 handles this quite well. This gaming powerhouse is able to handle close to five hours of work before running out of charge. In general, it’ll be able to last for a few days without needing a charge, as long as you don’t use it for anything too heavy in terms of workload. You can also customize the system’s settings to get the best battery life you can.
- The Alienware M15 R6’s performance is excellent, which makes sense given that it comes with a powerful Intel Core i7-11800H processor and Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 graphics card that are both more than capable of handling anything you throw at them. It also has 32GB of RAM, so you won’t have any issues with multitasking or running multiple programs in the background.
Battery life
The battery life is also long. It probably won’t last as long as it would with a discrete graphics chip, but I don’t think most people will be disappointed with the performance here. The laptop lasts for a good amount of time on a single charge, so you can use it for hours without having to worry about charging it.

The Alienware M15 R6 is a definite improvement over the previous generation. It has lots of features, lightweight design, long battery life, good speakers, and powerful performance.
Card Description RTX 3080
The GeForce RTX 3080 is the most powerful mobile GPU. The card is based on the Ampere architecture and offers Ray Tracing Cores, Tensor Cores, and streaming multiprocessors. Compared to the previous generation, the number of CUDA cores has been increased by 2x and operating frequency (boost clock) has been improved significantly.
The 3080 with 8 GB GDDR6 memory should be suitable for high-resolution gaming (4K or 5K), or for games where high-resolution textures are used.
Memory Speed 3200 MHz
Memory speed is a measure of how fast data can be transferred from the Random Access Memory (RAM) to the processor. A high memory speed allows you to perform more calculations in less time and improves your computer’s performance overall. The standard memory frequency for this model is 3200 MHz and it can be overclocked to 4000 MHz which will boost your computer’s performance significantly..

Cons of Alienware M15 R6 Gaming Laptop
Drawbacks
The Alienware M15 R6 Gaming Laptop, 15.6 inch QHD 240Hz Display, Intel Core i7-11800H, 32GB DDR4 RAM, 1TB SSD, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 8GB GDDR6, Windows 11 Home, Dark Side of The Moon is a gaming laptop that promised to be powerful and versatile. We loved its sleek design and mechanical keyboard with a numpad (something we don’t use). Unfortunately the drawbacks of this machine are far too numerous to ignore.
What’s the biggest drawback? There’s only one port: Thunderbolt 2. That means if you want to upgrade the processor or swap out any internal hardware parts during your warranty period you’ll need to get an adapter. Also when it comes time to replace the video card there isn’t anything in between you can slot in until after your warranty period has ended.
If you run into any issues with games being unstable or have performance issues or even input lag or screen tearing on certain games for whatever reason you will very likely end up having to call Alienware to get assistance from their customer service department which takes about two weeks for them to get back with you after they receive your call so that they can figure out what is wrong with your system and repair it for free (which means no more warranty!).
